WLAN-Router mit USB-Anschluss erlauben die Nutzung von UMTS/GPRS mit Openwrt über einen UMTS-Stick.
dazu ist folgendes zu installieren:
opkg update opkg install comgt kmod-usb-serial kmod-usb-serial-option kmod-usb-serial-wwan usb-modeswitch luci-proto-3g usbutils
dann folgende Datei anlegen:
vim /etc/modules.d/60-usb-serial
und folgendes eintragen:
usbserial vendor=0x0bdb product=0x1911
vendor und product sind am eigenen Stick anzupassen
Nun muss noch die luci-Konfiguration vorbereitet werden. Dazu in:
vim /etc/config/network
folgendes eintragen:
config interface 'UMTS' option ifname 'ppp0' option proto '3g' option hostname 'Chaosnetz' option device '/dev/ttyUSB3' option service 'umts' option pincode '5223'
(Das geht auch über das Webinterface.)
